Este luminoso apartamento esta ubicado en una casa de arquitectura colonial (1902), totalmente reciclada a nueva, conservando la estructura original. Se encuentra en el segundo piso por escalera.
La decoración colonial, con impecable y artístico gusto, mezcla antiguos y viejos muebles con el confort de los nuevos.
Posee un gran ambiente con una cama doble, este ambiente también cuenta con TV, 2 sillones y una mesa para 2.
La cocina con barra estilo americana está completamente equipada. Cuenta con 2 baquetas y todo el staff necesario para cocinar.
El baño, recientemente reciclado, tiene un Jacuzzi para dos personas. Además de un amplio ventanal que lo hace un espacio con mucha luz natural.
Cuenta con una extensa terraza de 25 m2, con una mesa de madera exterior para 8 personas, reposeras y parrilla para preparar el típico asado.
Este lugar puede ser utilizado como solarium ya que una ducha permite refrescarse los días muy calurosos.

The apartment has everything it needs, but besides this it is beautifully decorated and has the best rooftop terrace. I hope to come back soon!

Great location. Bars and restaurants steps away. With cafe one block away selling coffee and 3 fractures(pasteries)for 10 pesos why cook breakfast. Bed comfy. Staff helpfull. 2 flights of narrow stairs so if not good on stairs think again. Staff always willing to help would and have recommended to my friends.

We really loved that apartment in the lightblue house.The cosy terrass is well furnished and the small lamps under the roof makes it even better in the evenings. The bathroom was really big an very good. The staff in the same house was wonderful and very helpful.The stairs could be a problem for some people.This part of San Telmo is perfect for a longer stay. We will come back.

If you like to have the city with cosy bars, good restaurants and nightlife just outside your doorstep and still the possibility of being on your own #62 is a really good choice.
The indoor decoration is close to ingenous and the terrace, although not quite private, gives the opportunity to relax, enjoy the weather and - grill your own Argentine steaks. That's nice :)
