San Telmo
Departamento Boutique en casa de arquitectura colonial (1887), totalmente reciclada a nueva, conservando la estructura original, que la convierte en un lugar único. El living tiene vista a la calle, cómodos sillones y gran chimenea. La cocina comedor se conecta con el patio, donde se ubican una mesitas y varias sillas para disfrutar al aire libre. Este patio es de uso exclusivo. Tiene un dormitorio tipo loft con una cama KING y baño en suite. La casa comparte con tres unidades mas el jardín con pileta y el solarium. Un conjunto de equipamientos completan el área exterior: parrilla, mesa de asado, living exterior bajo enredadera, ducha escocesa, extensa barra con equipamiento. Patio de uso exclusivo con mesa y sillas.

Casa San Telmo is beautiful and in a great location, close to many great cafes restaurants, bars, gallaries and the wonderful San Telmo Faire on Sunday. I stayed here for three weeks and in Septemeber and Mercedes and her staff could not have been more accomodating. She really made me feel at home in Buenos Aires and the next time I am in Buenos Aires I will be sure to stay at Casa San Telmo.

I absolutely adored my stay in this beautiful apartment, and would say to anybody thinking of staying in San Telmo that they simply must stay in this amazing colonial house. I spent a week here with my girlfriend and will definitely be coming back. The apartment is stunning and takes you back in time, the service is impeccable and we really felt that we got a unique taste of what it would be like to live in San Telmo all year round. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

This place is just as pictured, cute, part of original old house, timber brick ceilings from 1880's. It's Rustic, but clean, good use of space and arty details. Location is perfect, one block from Plaza Dorrego,cafes,mini-marts,police station,starbucks,food,subway, on quiet street. Pool is good for dipping. Staff was helpful upon arrival and departing.
