La arquitectura colonial (1887), totalmente reciclada a nueva, conservando la estructura original, la convierte en un lugar único. Es una casa “chorizo”, donde las habitaciones se conectan con patios que se desarrollan a lo largo de un terreno de 60 metros de profundidad. Dentro de estructura colonial que se ha preservado, antiguos y modernos muebles conviven en franca armonía.
El living tiene vista al patio. El comedor esta equipado con mesa comedor para 10 personas, cubiertos de plata y manteles de hilo.
La cocina está conectada a este espacio.
La casa cuenta con una amplia bodega en el subsuelo con los mejores vinos argentinos. En este espacio se desarrolla un pequeño Microcine.
La casa tiene 3 dormitorios. El principal, en suite con el baño, cuenta con una inmensa ventana con vista a la pileta y al jardín. Este dormitorio tiene cama KING. En la planta baja, un pequeño cuarto con una cama y toilette.
En la planta alta, un segundo dormitorio en suite con cama Queen conectado a un baño con ducha.
El jardín con pileta y el solarium, crea un oasis en el bullicioso centro de Buenos Aires. Un conjunto de equipamientos completan el área exterior que es compartida por otras 3 unidades: parrilla, mesa de asado, living exterior bajo enredadera, ducha escocesa, extensa barra con equipamiento. Patio de uso exclusivo con mesa y sillas.

Das App. ist vor vielen Jahren einmal schön eingerichtet worden. Heute ist es weitgehend runtergekommen. Möbel defekt. Das Sofa riecht schlecht. Küche ekelig. Man hat keine Lust diese zu benutzen. Das Bad unten im schlechten Zustand. Das Bad im OG dreckig. Ich musste erst mal 4 Stunden das Klo putzen. Matratzen durchgelegen. Der angebliche Filmkeller ist ein muffiges Loch.
Es wird zwar einmal in der Woche geputzt, aber man sieht keinen Unterschiede zu vorher. Insgesamt ein vollkommen überteuerter Wohnhorror mit großem Ekelfaktor.

We stayed there for a week, me and my family. Not only we loved the apartment, that has so much personality, Mercedes, the owner was lovely and very helpful when we needed. The location is also great, right in the heart of San Telmo, which makes the experience a little more authentic, away from touristy hotels. The house is also very charming and although we didn't have a chance to enjoy the outdoor patio, it was really nice just to enjoy our stay at such a lovely place. The apartment had everything we ever needed and it didn't take us long before we were calling it "home". Really recommend it!

The place was cool and cozy. Some things were a little odd but in the way old houses can be. There are however only 2 actual bedrooms. The space is large and the courtyard is very pretty. The location in San Telmo is right in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay.
