Spectacular French-style building located on Perú Street, one of the most beautiful pedestrian walks in San Telmo, where the most traditional families in Buenos Aires lived in the past. The building has a marvelous entrance with a marble staircase. The apartment includes three rooms in total, at a very bright and quiet rear façade on the 4th floor of the building. It has been recently renovated by its owner, a very young and creative architect, with modern and high-class details, although the original architecture, high ceilings, spruce floors, lime mosaics and excellently refurbished woodwork have been preserved. The living room and dining room are connected to a small balcony that is accessed by a glass door and is decorated with hanging plants. It includes a table with 6 chairs, a sofa bed with a single mattress, and a comfortable puff where you can sit and watch TV, listen to music or watch a movie.
